| 英文描述 | The trematode EURYTREMA PANCREATICUM was found in the pancreas of sheep in Southeast Asia and Russia, and was associated with a wasting syndrome in some affected sheep. At necropsy the pancreas varied in size from greatly enlarged to small, pale, and fibrotic. Sheep with severe lesions had marked glucosuria, and it was believed that fluke damage to the pancreas had caused diabetes mellitus. |
